Refund And Return Policy
At Animal iLand (hereinafter referred to as “Animal ILand”, or “we”) customer satisfaction is our top priority. We maintain strict quality standards, but we are here to help if you are concerned with your purchase.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product received is incorrect or incomplete or damaged.
Reporting Window: If you receive an irrelevant or damaged product, you must contact our Helpline at 0300-8282629 within 12 hours of receiving your parcel.
Product Condition:
- The food bag must not be opened or used.
- The product must include all original tags and accessories.
- The product must be packed properly in the original box received at the
time of delivery.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the product has been damaged or altered in any way.
Non-Returnable Costs
Delivery Charges: Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund Process
We generally offer Online Store Credit or Exchanges. Cash refunds are only processed if a replacement for a damaged/incorrect item is unavailable.
Refunds to original payment methods may take 7–10 business days to process after quality inspection. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the cardholders credit card account/ accountholder’s bank account due to any reasons cited by the payment gateway or cardholder's issuing bank.

How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via email at contact@animaliland.com or WhatsApp at +92-300 8282629 (10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday) with your order number and photos of the issue.
- Pack your parcel securely in the box you received at the time of delivery.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his/ her own expense to our shop’s address (listed in the
contact section). - Once we receive and inspect your order (typically within 3 to 4 working days), we will contact you to finalize the payment refund or dispatch the replacement.
Order Cancellation Policy
To ensure user credibility and to align our shipment, return, and cancellation procedures effectively, Animal iLand has established the following cancellation policy:
- Advance Notice: To cancel an order, customers must inform Animal iLand at least 8 hours before the order is processed or dispatched.
- Late Cancellation Penalty: If a customer fails to inform the company within the required 8-hour window, Animal iLand reserves the right to charge 80% of the total amount of the product or service to cover logistical and preparation costs.
- Agreement: By placing an order with Animal iLand, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this cancellation policy.
Shipping Policy
We currently offer standard shipping to customers within the Pakistan and select locations.
- You can use Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, Bank Transfer Online if you’re paying advance payment.
- Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.
- Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.
- We are not responsible for any product damage or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
- We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier or due to any force majeure event.
- We will not be responsible for payment gateway errors, delays or decline transactions.
- Prices and charges are subject to change without prior notice.
- Company may refuse to refund where services have been fully delivered.
- Company may provide transaction records to banks and other authorities in case of any dispute.

Our shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the destination.

Delivery Timeline
- Major Cities: 3–5 working days.
- Other Areas: 7–10 working days.
- Note: Delivery times may be affected during public holidays or high-demand sale periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS or Email to monitor the status of your delivery.
Failed Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the parcel twice. If the customer is unavailable or the contact number is unreachable, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Re shipping charges may apply in such cases.
